Turoš is a cheese made from cow's milk in Međimurje County, Croatia.

Turoš cheese recipe
Ingredients:
500g cow's cheese, 10g salt, 5g red paprika
Instructions:
Drain the cheese. Stir the salt and paprika into the cheese with a fork. Form cheese into cone shapes and dry in the sun or with another source of heat.
