Turkish National Beauty Contest

The Turkish National beauty contest was one of the traditional beauty contests, organized in Istanbul, Turkey beginning in 1952.
In 1954, famous model Tuana Altunbashian appeared as a finalist, but she lost against Ayse Dilber Pamukcuoglu.
The contest lost its place in the 1990 to corporate-sponsored contests and ceased to exist.
