Turkish communities have settled in Melbourne especially around the suburbs of Broadmeadows, Meadow Heights and Coburg. Demographic research highlights that Turkish Australians are nominally Muslim and tend to be more secular and better integrated into Australian society than Muslims from other cultural backgrounds.
