Turkic Federalist Party

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Party of Turkic Federalists (Azeri: Türk Ədəmi Mərkəziyyət Firqəsi) was an Azeri political party established by Nasib bey Usubbeyov and Hasan bey Aghayev in Ganja, just after the February Revolution of 1917. Its main goal was achieving autonomy for Turkic-speaking peoples in the federative Russia. On 17 June 1917, it merged with Musavat, thus became its right wing.
