Turbulence is the third album released by Steve Howe. Since 1979, Steve hadn't recorded a solo album, but from this one onward, he'd record them almost annually. Here, Steve's band includes Yes's former drummer Bill Bruford. The album has guitar-based instrumentals, showing different genres that influence Steve.
