[edit] Powers

Due to the unique nature of his powers (I thought he had some ability to tap into the Speed Force, during a battle with Wally they continued to speed/slow each-other), I feel a Powers and Equipment section may be helpful to the article. I also vaguely recall a few Turtle themed weapons, like a weaponized shell that could be use as a shield and had rockets; there was also some sort of ray gun, I believe. In short, anyone with a much better recollection of the character than I, or with better access to their Flash collection could contribute to that section I think it would greatly add to the article. 66.109.248.114 04:02, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, I was kinda stuck on "used slowness as a weapon". WTF? Did he slow things down or was he just so slow that... uhh... 66.167.146.145 22:27, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
