[edit] Started
I started this timeline page as a branch-off of the main Tupac Shakur article. I'm including the major events in his life. It's being modeled to follow the structure of the article, so each of the sub-divisions might have overlapping sections. I still have to add the events surrounding his death and posthumous career. [edit] Added
I divided the timeline into separate segments that roughly parallel the main Tupac Shakur article. I also added the events surrounding his death. Legacy events and posthumous events need to be added as separate timeline segments.SqlPac 02:53, 15 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your Turn
I've decided to allow other Wikipedia members the opportunity to finish this timeline as part of the Tupac Shakur article. It needs to have the post-death timeline items added to it, and possibly some text explaining it. Enjoy.SqlPac 23:58, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merge?
In my opinion, this information should be merged with Tupac Shakur or deleted entirely. It does not require a separate page. Mapetite526 20:49, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

- No kidding, especially since the people here didn't bother picking up the timeline and finishing it. Deleted entirely is probably your best bet, since the page is a timeline-style summary of the information provided by the main article. Unless you want to edit the main article, add in the timeline information, and wait for someone to roll it back...
I Think it is best that this article is not merged -- Supreme euphanasia 16:56, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
- Do not support merge. Tupac is already over-length, for one thing. KillerChihuahua?!? 16:11, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] What does this article add?
No offense, but that page looks a bit ugly and since all events are so close in time, the graphical format does not add anything. Should probably just be merged back to Tupac Shakur. Pascal.Tesson 17:17, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

- "Merged back" implies that it once was part of Tupac Shakur. It was not. It was designed as a summary based on information from the Tupac Shakur article. Since all the information is already in the main article, it made sense to create the summary as a separate page; however, feel free to merge it into the Tupac Shakur article, and let the good folks there decide what to do with your edits.
[edit] What about his personal life?
Was he married when he was shot? Did he have any kids? Did he have important relationships during his lifetime? I have even heard he was a hide bisexual, but liked more women than men. Is that true? --Fredyrod 16:20, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
At the time of his death he was engaged to Kidada Jones with no kids. He also married Keisha Morris while in prison, but they only got married so people would think more of her then "She's just Tupac's girlfriend". No, I think you are referring to Dr. Dre as being a bisexual License2Kill
2pac, from my perspective as a listener and longtime fan, loved women and women loved him. I also think that you're mistaking 2pac for Dr. Dre... or as 2pac said in:
Toss it up "No longer Dre Day, arrivederci Blown and forgotten, rotten for plottin Child's Play Check your sexuality, as fruity as this Alize Quick to jump ship, punk trick, what a dumb move Cross Death Row, now who you gon' run to?"''
