Tunitas Creek

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tunitas Creek (Spanish for: pricky pearies or little prickly pears creek) is a small river in San Mateo County, California.[1] Tunitas is Spanish for "Prickly Pear-ies" or "Little Prickly Pears".

An all-weather paved county road, Tunitas Creek Road, follows the creek from its source in the Santa Cruz Mountains to its outflow at the Pacific Ocean.
