"Tunguska" is the eighth episode of the fourth season of television series The X-Files. A diplomatic courier carrying deadly cargo involves Agents Mulder and Scully in a dangerous web of intrigue, which leads Mulder on a trip to Russia.
"Tunguska" is viewed by many fans as a pivotal episode in the X-Files series, as it further explores the roles of black oil and the Syndicate in the show's central storyline.
