Tunø is a Danish island in the Kattegat close to Samsø. The island covers an area of 3.52 km² and has 113 inhabitants.

It is administratively a part of Odder municipality. It is connected to Denmark's Jutland mainland by ferry service from the harbour on the east end of the island, near the town of Tunø By, to the town of Hov.

The other town on the island is Løkkegårde.
