[edit] British
I added a short sentence regarding the UK's encouragement for Italian colonialism in Tunisia (something I remember from my university days). I will expand and provide a reference in future. Dionix (talk) 18:57, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
I dug up an old history book last night- In "A History of the Italian Peoples" by Procacci, it is stated that the Germans and Austrians encouraged Italy to divert attention from the Trentino and to create friction with the French. I'll add this to the text. Dionix (talk) 17:11, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
