Is a part of the Snowy Mountains Scheme of a number of hydroelectric power stations on the Tumut River in New South Wales, Australia.

Tumut 1 has four turbines, with a generating capacity of 329.6MW of electricity. The power station was completed in 1959, and has 292.6 metres rated head.

Tumut 2 has four turbines, with a generating capacity of 286.4MW of electricity. The power station was completed in 1962, and has 262.1 metres rated head.

Tumut 3 has turbines, with a generating capacity of 1,500MW of electricity.
The power station was completed in 1973, and has 150.9 metres rated head. It was the first hydroelectric power station in NSW to employ pumped storage.[1]
