Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge is a story of love, lies and deception. Veer (Salman Khan) is a village boy who is just like any other man of his age. He has caring parents, a lovely girlfriend, Muskaan (Dia Mirza) and lives life just normally. But he sees strange things in his dreams and can't remember about his past.
His parents tell him a false verdict about his past which he doesn't want to believe. When he is attacked by some goons, who identify him as Ali, he decides to get back to Mumbai. In Mumbai, his past unfolds, leading him to take revenge on his killer.
