[edit] Re: Ezhava
Yes, I am aware. The only content that has been removed is unsourced content. Please don't remove the merge request template either. If you actually took a look at the changes, you will notice that the opening paragraph has been drastically improved and also that the main-article templates have been moved to their correct places. --vi5in[talk] 15:41, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
- I've merged changes made since the revert (addition of names to the list of famous Ezhavas). --vi5in[talk] 15:43, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hi
Hi,
You are right.Kalaripayattu was once practised in Kasaragod, Ullal and Mangalore regions of Tulunadu. This Kalaripayattu was known in ancient Kerala as Tulunadan Kalaripayattu.Prior to arrival of Kannada language in these parts, the Tulu and Malayalam communities(Of course, Malayalees were then Tamilians) went as one unit.Tulu language and People has a lot in common with Malayalam language and Malayalees. In olden days, Tulu people came to regions like Kolathirinadu, Kalathanadu etc for Kalaripayattu training.Of course, old Kerala was once divided into regions - Tulunadu,Kurunadu,Kolathirinadu,Kalathanadu etc.

[edit] Malayalee
If you insist on "discussing changes", perhaps you should abide by your own advice and actually do so on the talk page, instead of reverting. I have already initiated a discussion there, and neither you nor Dayaanjali seem inclined to participate. --vi5in[talk] 08:50, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
- Could you see the talk page, please? I have provided the references and justifications there. Someone else has also chimed in, supporting my points. --vi5in[talk] 16:28, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks for the continous support

[edit] WP:NPA
Did you read the talk page for a summary of changes in the Ezhava article? Don't place a vandalism warning template on my talk page if you have no clue what you are talking about. Please don't do it again. --vi5in[talk] 16:38, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sockpuppet tags
Please dont put sockpuppet tags on user pages without evidence. That can be considered as a violation of WP:NPA. If you really suspect the users as sockpuppeteers, follow the process as outlined in this page. I would want to advice you that, collect enough evidence and only if you are confident about it, only then go ahead and build a case of sockpuppetry. -- ¿Amar៛Talk to me/My edits 08:21, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
Who do you think is my alternate user ID?. What reason do you have? Do you find it hard to believe that other people share my views?. First experience of pure idiocy in the wikipedia system. B Nambiar 08:47, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
Also would you stop reverting my edits?. I appreciate the removal of actual caste names but that is very half-assed, excusing the language, and removal of the whole comparison is required. That Ezhavas are Dalits is a fact Ezhavas conveniently hide but that is nothing but truth and fact. As Nairs are Sudra in the caste system, Ezhavas have no varnas, therefore are Dalits, as the defination of Dalit itself states despite the actual occupations of the castes being different in the case of Nairs and some Ezhavas. [edit] Re: The rather hypocritical warning.
You call my factual edit and removal of a pathetic comparison vandalism?. The article itself is mostly created by vandals with poor grammar and peacock terms. You assume a neutral position, that is funny, as you are the one adding POV information. I will continue to try and expose the real truth. Can you process what I have previously written outlining my reason?. Reply to this post to indicate whether you have or have not. Thank you. B Nambiar 11:28, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sockpuppet/Vandalism accusations
If you accuse me of this again, I will report you to WP:ANI. Let's discuss this in a mature manner. --vi5in[talk] 14:55, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Ezhava
Please read WP:VAND. Their edits do not constitute vandalism; it is clearly a content dispute. In any case, I have fully protected the article. Nishkid64 (talk) 15:08, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- I see that you have not participated at Talk:Ezhava at all. If you are interesting in actually working on the content dispute, please comment there. However, I'll be honest and say that I will look unfavorably upon you if the article go unprotected and you edit without having discussed anything at all when it was protected. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 09:48, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Malayalee
Can you please join the discussion in the talk page? I have suggested removing the entire sentence (regarding the etymology of Malayalee) from the introduction. Is this an acceptable solution? --vi5in[talk] 06:34, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
