Tugela (foaled 1995 in Kentucky, United States) is a thoroughbred racehorse. Bred by Khalid Abdullah's prominent Juddmonte Farms, she was out of the mare Rambushka who in turn was a daughter of Epsom Derby winner, Roberto. Tugela was sired by Riverman, a two-time Leading sire in France.

Tugela is best known as the dam of Makybe Diva, the champion Australian mare and thrice winner of the Melbourne Cup.
