Tugali suteri suteri is a subspecies of small sea snail or limpet, a marine gastropod mollusc in the Family Fissurellidae, the keyhole and slit limpets.

This subspecies is endemic to New Zealand. It is found around the North Island and the Chatham Islands.

This limpet lives under rocks at low tide.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is small, solid, rather short, with parallel sides and broadly rounded ends. The shell sculpture is of numerous narrow radial ribs, crossed by weaker, crisp, concentric threads. The anal fasciole consists of only two radial ribs (there are always three in Tugali elegans). The margin of the shell is delicately crenulated.
The shell coloration is light brown externally and white within.
The maximum shell height is 6 mm, width 11 mm, and length 16 mm.
