Please do not assume all English speaking people know where Surrey is. Cities, counties, etc should be fully identified as to what country they are in, without the reader having to click on the link or check for a category at the bottom of the page. That is like saying a town is in Ingham County or Cook County without further identification. Thank you. Gobawoo 19:29, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
