Tudor Silviu Balmos (born 30.07.1989 in Baia Mare) is a Romanian fotballer currently under contract for CFR 1907 Cluj. Balmos is currently playing for CFR's B team, Unirea Dej. He is a central offensive midfielder. Tudor Balmos is also a Romanian Under 19 international. In 2006 Verona offered 300,000 Euro for Balmos, but the offer was refused. Balmos is considered to be the next Dorinel Munteanu.
