Tudenelle Francesca Roche is an American singer and actress best known for her recurring role on Home Improvement as Jill Taylor's sister Carrie (she and Patricia Richardson share a strong resemblance). She also has three Broadway shows to her credit. She is married to Richard Karn who played Al on the show. They have one son, Cooper Andrew Wilson.
