Thomas Tucker Rule (born November 17, 1978) is the drummer for the post-hardcore band Thursday. Rule has a technical playing style, combining various genres with alternating time signatures.

Tucker has been in 3 bands to date. He is currently drumming for his full time band Thursday and also drums part time for The Don't Tells. He also played the drums for My Chemical Romance in place of Bob Bryar for the second leg of their 2006/2007 World Tour in Kuala Lumpur, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore to promote their current album The Black Parade. Prior to joining Thursday, Tucker played drums for a punk band called The Suicide Attics. Shane Parker on vocals, Scott Holtermann on Bass, Jay Lezan on Guitar, and Jeph Levine on Guitar, and Tucker. With one show under their belt they called it quits.
