Tubal Rabbi Cain (born 1964) is a Nigerian writer. He was born at Etinan, in Akwa Ibom state, within the south eastern coastal areas of Nigeria in the year 1964. His works have appeared in a wide variety of publications including Free Falling (a collection of poems), African Model Magazine, Best Poems and poets of 2005, Every man, Echoes from the Midlands, Timbooktu and a host of others. He is the author of the novel Damascus Document and the short story collection The Raffia String.
Tubal Cain belongs to the Inner Circle of poets and the Underground poets society.
