Tub Gurnard

The Tub Gurnard or Trigla lucerna is a type of bottom-dwelling coastal fish with a spiny armored head and fingerlike pectoral fins used for crawling along the sea bottom. It looks as though the fish has little crab legs. The Tub Gurnard is a beautiful Redish fish with blue pectoral fins. It is caught by anglers along the whole of the South coast when fishing for flatfish or bream.
