Milanito Collection a.t. (Tsutomo Osugi, born January 10th, 1985 in Miki City, Hyogo, Japan) is a Japanese wrestler for the El Dorado. He is currently in the Sukiyaki stable.

Originally worked in the dragondoor company. His gimmick is a tribute to Milano Collection A.T. He got a big crowd reaction in his debut but has never quite regained that level of appreciation. He joined Kondo's group after passing an entry test. He also teams regularly with El Blazer in Michinoku Pro as Rei
