Yoshiyuki Tsuruta (鶴田 義行 Tsuruta Yoshiyuki?) (October 1, 1903 – July 24, 1986) was a Japanese swimmer. He won a gold medal in the Amsterdam Olympics and the Los Angeles Olympics.
He was born in Kagoshima, Japan.
