Tsunami Society

The Tsunami Society is a research organization founded in 1982 that studies tsunamis and seeks to supply information about them to the public. They publish a peer-reviewed journal, Science of Tsunami Hazards. The stated mission of the Tsunami Society is "the dissemination of knowledge about tsunamis to scientists, officials, and the public".
