Tsukune (つくね, Tsukune?) is a roll- or a stick-like surimi product made with beef, pork, or chicken. Egg and yamaimo may be added. It can be boiled, broiled, and fried. Those made with fish surimi are called tsumire (つみれ, tsumire?). Collectively, they may be called gan (丸, gan?).
