Tsugumi Takakura is a fictional character in the Super Robot Wars series. In Alpha series' canon, she is the navigator for the Altairion, as well as the Hyperion, and is joined by fellow pilots Ibis Douglas and Sleigh Presty.

Tsugumi Takakura is an engaging, cheerful individual who does more than her fair share of looking out for others. Often serving as a moderating force between the more emotional Ibis Doulgas and Sleigh Presty, Tsugumi is calm and rational, having learned these traits from her fiance, Filio Presty. Tsugumi maintains this composure even in the midst of battle, but has broken down under severe circumstances. Engineers working under her often casually address her as "Chief Takakura". Some of Tsugumi's hobbies include sewing and baking, with Ibis often being her mannequin in the former and her taste-tester in the latter.
