Tsubasa Fukuchi (福地翼 Fukuchi Tsubasa?, born February 7, 1980) is a Japanese manga artist best known for creating The Law of Ueki and its sequel, The Law of Ueki Plus.

Tsubasa Fukuchi was born in Tochigi, north from Tokyo. He won his first prize with 'Kôderi' at the Manga College contest. He began his professional career in 2001 with 'The Law of Ueki'.
