Tsutomu has no evil and he is always decent and industrious as his name is showing . Ichiro Ozawa had taken the advantage of Tsutomu's amiable character.

The Ichiro Ozawa's excellent political "know-how" was also apparent in the matter of Toshiki Kaifu.

Hence Ichiro had got been recognized as an unreliable politician since 1993.However he still shares the chairman of DPJ.----The DQN,macbeth 04:07, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
