[edit] PROD objection

I know nothing of the subject of this article, and accept that the whole thing may be a hoax. I also accept that Okumura, if he really existed, was not a tarento and had nothing to do with manga or anime and thus would probably be of little interest to most of the earnest folk who edit en:WP. Still, if he was even roughly who it's claimed he was, he's notable according to my possibly defective ideas of notability.

(In particular, to the charge no notability asserted we read that he was the president of Nomura Securities between 1948 - 1959.)
