Why did someone remove the image without aparently reading the explanation ?.

The copyright to the image is owned by the very people who own the hospital the article is about. There is no chance currently of another picture, unless someone contributes one, but there seems little evidence that the copyright owners would object.

What copyright license is on the photo? You could ask the owners to release it into the public domain, or if they don't want to do that, another license. See WP:IMAGE and other policies. Once you find out the copyright, upload it again if suitable, and add a copyright tag to it from the drop-down list.
Also, please add the Chinese characters in the first line of the description of the hospital, and similarly for the other Adventist hospital. Colin MacLaurin 15:55, 21 October 2007 (UTC)
