I uploaded a photo today under the title of Tsingtao, China 1949. This photo is available under public domain and is not subject to copywrite laws. It was a personal photo of my father taken by a friend of his at that time. I now own the photo, as well as my father, and he is requesting that the photo be used in his article named, Gerald P.
