TSBA contracted the work and owns all rights to use/modify the logo. Current TSBA Logo (with up-to-date list of chapters.) A less up-to-date version in terms of the chapters list is viewable at http://www.tsba.org/, which will soon be updated. Image represents the logo of the Texas Sport Bike Association (TSBA) and is used in the article describing the association.

Fair use rationale

• Low resolution image representing the club as outlined in the article.
• Does not violate TSBA's rights to the image.
• The logo is the primary token of the club and therefore important to present in the article. Furthermore, there is no better alternative to its use.
