Done. The article is locked, so we can't change it. Which is good - it was getting old fan sites were inserting themselves as secondary-sources when primary sources existed for citations. --TSA 17:11, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

I agree. JackSparrow_Ninja continually ad-spams the fan site, Land of the Legend in several The Legend of Zelda articles, usually replacing more credible citations with his own. He has been documented and reprimanded by Wiki Admins once already for Vandalism and Edit Wars. Land of the Legend turned their initial acclaim into a means to generate massive amounts of ad revenue in order to finance their own personal ambitions. They've repeated made up unverifiable claims on their site, including a hoax image in February 2005 that evoked the wrath of the Zelda community and blog sites. They never use proper citations and feel the need to attack my site whenever possible because they are simply jealous my site is better than theirs. Mighty Dekunut, formerly known as "Hyrule" on Wikipedia (account has since vanished), is very deceitful and hateful. After meeting him at E3 2006 where he seemed to be an okay person, I soon after found out he really cared nothing for my site or me, or other webmasters. He apparently "got" several webmasters into E3 2006 from the Zelda Community, but then abandoned them leaving many to have to get in on their own accord (including Lord-of-Shadow and Goddes Rinoa). Additionally, while there, Mighty Dekunut was off trying to get their "exclusives", and sort of forgot about his other "friends there". I had to use my contact, Matt Atwood, to get some people into the Wii booth without waiting in line so they could get a chance to play Zelda before the event ended, some of these people who flew long distances on Martjin's word (Mighty Dekunut's real name is Martjin). After this, many major webmasters were not happy with him, and soon after, he ripped off content from my site and others, prompting me to initiate a call to blacklist him and his site. Their site had a major downtime for whatever reason, and even during that time, they kept a metric in place to measure traffic, and they had false claims, such as they'd have exclusive GDC Germany coverage. Repeatedly his words and actions have infuriated others, and many now consider the site's "third" comeback and afterthought and simply ignore it. --TSA 20:37, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

A user doesn't actually own their user page, its part of the community and can be edited by anyone else. However its usually common courtesy to leave the editing to the user him/herself. So I would move your rebuttal to a talk page. I wouldn't worry too much as those comments will be removed I'm just giving the user a chance to do it himself. I understand that, but I feel the need to give a source over leaving unverified information is a better decision when presented with that choice. Wikipedians can scrutinize the source and remove it if they fell it is unreliable and come up with a better solution. I am not meaning to advertise the site - I do not need the traffic as Wikipedia referral HTTP Requests are low-to-non-existant in our webstat tracking - I was just trying to get a verifiable source up for a claim and to give input that the previous source was not thorough in its research and citation, thus proving it was not a reliable source. I do apologize if it appears differently - I will always gladly cede any citation to my source to a more authoritive, reliable source. --TSA 07:59, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Better argument against the inclusion of LotL on the Tingle page

He is using the site as a source to say that it's not coming March 2007. Instead of arguing notability, argue that it does not give any citations and does not explain WHY it's not coming and WHY the magazine is incorrect. Hell, it looks like he's just digging up past errors on the magazine's part for the sake of debunking this one. - A Link to the Past (talk) 05:39, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

I have reported him on the 3RR violation page and requested an IP ban of his account. I have also put up a request for Speedy Deletion of his "Reliability" page. I don't think we'll be hearing from him much longer. --TSA 07:46, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
