1. No free or public domain images equivalent can be found, because this is a screenshot of a sequence in a video game.
2. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the video game in any plausible way.
3. The image is being used for informational purposes only, to illustrate the appearance of the TimeSplitters in the game, and its use is not believed to detract from the original game in any way.
