Although this image is subject to copyright, I, champion150 (talk · contribs), feel that its use in TRW & TRW Automotive is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is being used for informational purposes only;
- It is a brand and company logo of for which no equivalent free alternative exists or could be created without infringing on copyright;
- It contributes significantly to the article in which it is used by identifying its subject.
- It does not infringe upon the original copyright holder's ability to profit from the media; and
- The logo is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.
