Trustworthy Repositories Audit & Certification (TRAC) is an OCLC/RLG Programs and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) task force initiative that developed the Audit Checklist for Certifying Digital Repositories as a tool to assess reliability, commitment and readiness of institutions to assume long-term preservation responsibilities.
