Trump Plaza (New Rochelle) is a 39-story luxury residence and hotel located in downtown New Rochelle, New York. It includes a health club and lounge. Trump Plaza is part of a massive redevelopment of the downtown area (see New Roc City). It was built by the same developers (Donald Trump and Louis R. Cappelli) who built Trump Tower at City Center (completed in 2005) in nearby White Plains. Trump Plaza is Westchester County's tallest building and is the tallest building between New York City and Albany. The building is the highest in the area and can be seen from as far away as Connecticut, Long Island and the New York City borough of Queens.
