Trudy Pitts (born 1933) is a soul jazz keyboardist from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania during the 1960s. She is known primarily for her skill with the Hammond B3 organ.

She is married to Bill Carney (born 1925), known to most as Mr. 'C'. He often joins her in the drums.

In 1999, Prestige labels remastered a couple of her discs from the 1960s into a single compact disc, Legends of Acid Jazz, Trudy Pitts & Pat Martino.

On September 15, 2006 Ms. Pitts was the first jazz artist play a concert on Philadelphia's Kimmel Center's 7,000 pipe organ, "taking the medium to a whole new level".
