[edit] Neutrality
This article doesn't seem to be very neutral. Several sections are copied and pasted from the company's web site. I'm flagging the article as potentially non neutral and in need of cleanup. I don't have time to clean up the article myself right now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chmac (talk • contribs) 20:55, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
So long as the information is strictly factual and not marketing hype, why does it matter if some of it is copied from their web site? This must surely be an important source of information about any company on Wikipedia! Rhanbury (talk) 18:04, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
I agree with Chmac, this is not a neutral article by any standard. It reads more like an advertisement, probably with some added spin from persons close to the company; just have look at the criticism section. I also do not have time at the moment but potential (and neutral) contributors might like to look into things such as the freerider controversy between truphone and t-mobile et al. (it is not just as simple as suggested in this article, eg see here: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/07/17/truphone_courts_voip/comments/#c_35354), alternative approaches by other companies (this article only mentions Fring (and only to quickly point out that truphone is much better...), the role of Mr Straub (who is an investor (not an original founder) and who only partially sold his former venture Mondus, which went out of business quickly thereafter).
