[edit] The Root Underground
The addition of that section appears to be something along the lines of vanity or advertising. The group doesn't appear to be notable enough to merit its own article so there's no need to include it in the disambiguation page. Furthermore the added formatting was non-standard for disambiguation pages. GT 14:20, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Google
One of the first results I get on Google for "TRU" is Thompson Rivers University. See WP:CITE and WP:V. Ardenn 18:56, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Cleanup
I tried to cleanup this three entries from this disambiguation page per MOS:DAB, meaning I removed three entries and tweaked two more. The removed entries are:
- TRU Group Inc, Industry Consultants. - no link, notability not asserted, no incoming links if I link it. Seems nonnotable.
- Texas Rugby Union - has incoming links, but neither link uses the acronym "TRU", and neither really tells me what it is. If someone wants to add this entry back, please make sure to at least say what it is.
- TRU ia a word used to convey agreement - Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not a dictionary, especially for made-up slang like this.
