Image fails to meet fair use criterion #1. --Oden 23:14, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

{{Replaceable fair use disputed | This image is now a historical artifact, as the sign has changed, how can you find a replacement of that? Moreover to my knowledge this is the only image that shows the structure in that state. Finally it is free use, as its readily available on numerous sites, and its authors have told me that the original creator, Andrey Surikov, does find his image to be freely distributed.}}

You might consider contacting the copyright holder and asking that he or she release the copyright for the image (see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission). Otherwise it is up to the processing admin to determine whether the image is replaceable.
The fact that the name has changed does not necessarily mean that the entire station needs to be depicted, it might be sufficient if the old name is mentioned in the article text. Also, our image use policy does not permit fair use images in montages, images have to be placed next to article text.--Oden 00:02, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
I'm keeping the image on the grounds that it shows a historical state of affairs that can't be repeated. But Oden is right, the image has to be used in the body of the article in connection with the discussion of what it's showing, and not in a gallery. —Angr 07:53, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
