I, Howcheng, believe the use of this image in the article Trust (Elvis Costello album) to be "fair use" under United States copyright law for the following reasons:

1. The image is used for nonprofit educational purposes.
2. The image is required to identify the subject of the article.
3. The image is only a portion of the copyrighted work (the CD liner or the album covers) as a whole. Furthermore, it is a low-resolution copy which cannot be used to make high-quality illicit reproductions.
4. The use of the image is not expected to have any negative effects on the original market of the work.
