Basically this comes out to me not being very likely to get really involved in projects — I just add/fix/format things on an "if noticed" basis. One slightly wikignomilar issue I however have been activly looking out for is replacing Greek letters with their IPA counterparts when required. (Compare: ɑ, α; — ɣ, γ; — ɛ, ε; — ɸ, Φ; — ʋ, υ. Depending on the fonts you use, you may not notice some of the differences, but the letters on the left in each pair are IPA, the ones on the right Greek. And if this weren't confusing enuff yet, there are also β θ χ for which there is no separate IPA letter...) I've also tweaked language articles' phonology sections quite a bit, and consequently, so far the only WikiProject I've included my name under is Phonetics. |
