Rules are guid or starder that world runs on. Some rules are meant to be broken, but some are there for your sefty ,and other people. If drive and don’t follow rules of the rode you could put your live and other in danger. Most rules have expetion like don’t run in to a burning building but if some one was in side? Who you help? see some rules have expetion. Rules can so funny like this rule “in alska no kangros are allowed in a barba shop.” Rules! Cannot live with con’t live with out than.
