Troye Sivan Mellet is a jewish, Australian, child actor and treble singer from Perth, WA. He has currently been cast as Young Logan in the new X-Men movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine.[1][2][3][4] He was chosen for the role after Hugh Jackman saw him sing at the Channel Seven Perth Telethon.[5] Though Kodi Smit-McPhee was already cast for this role, he was unable to be a part of the movie, due to his other movie, The Road. He has demonstrated how one can use online services such as YouTube to show his talent and earn thousands of admirers from all over the world. His debut album, 'Dare to Dream' was released recently. The CD includes five songs There’s A Hero, Angels Brought Me Here, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, Unsung Hero and The Prayer.[6] He currently attends Carmel School.
