Troy DeSouza

Troy DeSouza of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, is a former army officer and member of the Bar since 1998. He ran unsuccessfully as a candidate of the Conservative Party of Canada for election to the Canadian House of Commons in the 2006 federal election.
He is also a municipal prosecutor with the law firm of Staples, McDannold, Stewart. In 1996, he contested in Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca.
