Troy Dalbey (born September 9, 1968). Dalbey is a former freestyle swimmer from the United States, who won two gold medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. He was a member of the winning Team USA in the 4x200m Freestyle and the 4x100 Freestyle. He also attended the University of Florida.
