The name Winnie has been used for one tropical cyclone in the Northeastern Pacific and ten tropical cyclones in the Northwestern Pacific Ocean.
Winnie is used on the modern six-year lists in the East Pacific:
- 1983's Hurricane Winnie - an out of season December storm that dissipated before making landfall.
Winnie was also used for ten tropical cyclones in the Western Pacific:
- 1953's Typhoon Winnie
- 1958's Super Typhoon Winnie
- 1961's Tropical Storm Winnie (Japan Meteorological Agency didn't analyze it as a tropical storm.)
- 1964's Typhoon Winnie
- 1966's Tropical Storm Winnie - hit Japan.
- 1969's Tropical Storm Winnie
- 1972's Tropical Storm Winnie
- 1975's Typhoon Winnie - minimal typhoon that stayed at sea.
- 1978's Tropical Storm Winnie - moderately strong tropical storm that ended the season.
- 1997's Super Typhoon Winnie
