The name Ophelia has been used for one Atlantic tropical cyclone and four Pacific tropical cyclones [1].

- 2005's Hurricane Ophelia was a slow-moving Category 1 hurricane that battered the coast of North Carolina.
Ophelia has also been used for four tropical cyclones in the Western Pacific:
- 1948's Tropical Storm Ophelia
- 1953's Typhoon Ophelia was a category 3 storm.
- 1958's Super Typhoon Ophelia was a category 5 storm.
- 1960's Super Typhoon Ophelia was a category 4 storm.
Ophelia is being used for a tropical cyclone in the 2007-08 Australian region cyclone season
